SIGNA Group employs over 100 people and real estate experts. It was established in 2000 – consistent with the following clear vision and objective: „Architecturally outstanding properties in prime locations, professionally and responsibly managed, attract high-quality tenants and consequently maximise returns.“ By following these principles, SIGNA has grown into one of Europe’s most successful real estate companies. SIGNA currently holds properties with a total value of over EUR 5 billion – a remarkable success story backed by financial strength. The five central business divisions – investments in prime properties in central locations, project developments, closed-end real estate funds for private individuals, funds for institutional investors and co-investments with strong partners and real estate debt – are organised as independent businesses. Starting in 2013, the “SIGNA Executive Board” comprising the divisions’ CEOs was established as a strategic management platform for the large and ever-growing organisation. Each member of the board was designated a cross-functional task in addition to his existing responsibilities. Development Real Estate Development is a core business of the Group and SIGNA Development is the home to all SIGNA´s successful development projects. With a current investment volume of 1.2 billion euros the Group is one of Austria´s leading real estate developers. The highly engaged and experienced employees and partners team manage the project development activities of SIGNA Development from the Palais Harrach in central Vienna. The basic principle of the company is to exercise maximum care in all real estate development and construction monitoring services.
