S+B Gruppe

The S+B Group has been realising projects since 1986, acting as property developer, investor and general contractor across Europe. The team around Günter Schertler and Alfred Michael Beck, is specialised in the holistic interplay of planning, construction management, economic regulation and marketing. Thus all project procedures are managed and supervised by one provider which guarantees an optimal outcome. Major projects are realised all over Europe. The basis of success is formed by a combination of regional employees on site and international experience. Real estate with around 850,000 m2 of usable area and totalling an investment volume of more than 2,5 billion euros has been developed over 25 years. Even before the fall of the Iron Curtain, S+B Group was active as a property developer in Eastern Europe from 1986. Another 400 million euros is set to be invested over the next four years. The common thread running through all projects is the commitment to intensive economic analysis, a well-conceived choice of location as well as state-ofthe-art architecture and functionality.
