Dear Sir or Madam, We will probably need office space from the beginning of May, but no later than June/July, with the following key criteria:
- A closed area for around 3-4 people (since they have to make a lot of phone calls, an open area is out of the question)
- For another 2-3 people either a closed area or tables in the open area - but at the same time also 1-2 small rooms/booths in which one can quickly go for a video conference/for a telephone call
- powerful internet (100MB download for each employee)
- Managed office - in other words: no completely separate office in which we have to take care of drinks, cleaning, etc.
